Refund policy
Our return policy lasts for 7 days for all unused items.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase or items have been used, we unfortunately will NOT offer you a refund or exchange due to hygiene.
To be eligible for our 7 day return, your item must be unused and in the original sealed condition that you received it. It must of remained in the original packaging and include all registration documents, and marketing assets.
Please note due to hygiene many of our goods are exempt from being returned unless they have a manufacturing defect - Please see our 1 year warranty here for more details

Gift cards
To complete any returns, you must first contact us direct before posting your return. Any returns must be sent recorded delivery to ensure they are not lost in transit - we hold no responsibility for any returns until they reach us.
We also require proof of purchase and all registration documents.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Any refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again before contacting us.
We also advise you to contact your bank as it may be pending.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@navyprofessional.com where we will give you details of return address.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit to your account will be made.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us direct via hello@navyprofessional.com where we can issue you with return address. Do not ship to our registered address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
