Eligibility

  • The winner will be notified via a comment on the competition post and/or through a direct message from the official @OfficialNavyProfessional Instagram account.
  • Winners must respond within [e.g., 48 hours] of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize.

Prize Details

  • The prize will be clearly outlined in the competition post and will be awarded to the selected winner.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
  • Navy Professional reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value and/or specification if necessary.

Prize Fulfillment

  • The Promoter will aim to deliver prizes within 60 days of the winner confirming their acceptance.
  • If the winner fails to respond by the specified deadline (e.g., 48 hours), the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

Liability

  • Navy Professional accepts no responsibility for any technical errors, incomplete entries, or issues beyond its control that may affect the promotion.
  • By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability associated with this promotion.

Amendments & Cancellation

  • Navy Professional reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond its control.

  • Navy Retreat 2025 Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions


  • 1. Eligibility

    • The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Navy professional and their immediate families.
    • Only one entry per person is allowed (either via purchase or free entry).


  • 2. How to Enter

    • Automatic Entry: Customers who place an order of £100 or more between 1st – 28th February 2025 will automatically be entered.
    • Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, send a postcard with your full name, home address, email address, and the phrase "Navy Retreat 2025 Prize Draw" to:
      Navy Farm, Walkeringham, DN10 4NB
    • Postal entries must be received by 28th February 2025 to be valid.


  • 3. Prize Details

    • The winner will receive a place at the Navy Annual Retreat 2025 (held in the UK between May and August 2025, with exact dates to be confirmed).
    • The prize does not include travel or additional expenses unless stated otherwise.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.


  • 4. Winner Selection & Announcement

    • The winner will be randomly selected in a draw on 3rd March 2025.
    • The winner will be announced on @officialnavyprofessional social media on 3rd March 2025 and contacted via email.
    • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.


  • 5. Data Protection & Privacy

    • Personal data provided will be used to administer this prize draw and may also be used for marketing communications from Navy Professional and its sister brand SalonRated, unless you opt out. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law, and you can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
    • By entering, participants agree to their name being announced on social media if they win.

    • Navy Professional reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw at any time if necessary.
