Introducing our Tool Care service.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS SERVICE
The cost is £12.99 PER TOOL including return postage. If you have multiple tools please adjust the quantity accordingly
Our tool sharpening service will give your tools a new lease of life, it is advised that you send your tools back for service annually. During the service, we will sharpen the blades and lubricate any box joints.
How it works - Simply purchase the Tool Care service and post your PRE CLEANED tool to the address below, Please ensure the tool is well wrapped and that you include a note of your order number and name in the envelope.
Any tools that have been dropped and/or have visible damage may not be repairable, If you are unsure if the tool is suitable for sharpening please pop us an email and include an image of the tool and we can review it prior to you sending them.
If you just require your springs replaced, spares can be purchased via the website.
Once the tool/s has been sharpened you shall receive a confirmation that your order has been completed and is on its way back to you.
The service can take 5-7 working days to complete.
Disclaimer
- We will not be held responsible if the parcel does not arrive with us or if it is damaged in transit, so please ensure the parcel is wrapped well and adequate postage is applied.
- Coating may be removed during the service
- The team can not adjust blades to suit individual needs
- If the tool arrives in an unhygienic state it will be returned back to you unserviced.
- Unrepairable tools will be recycled and not returned.
- It’s the customers responsibility to ensure they have checked the tool prior to sending it in for the service, and you are happy for us to attempt to fix any tool that has damage. However when attempting to fix any damage the tool may not be repairable or perform as intended.
