While Harriet shares similarities with a traditional pusher, she requires a distinctive approach due to her sharp edge. Handle your Harriet tool as you would a pencil, maintaining a light but firm grip. 

To use, place the tool's edge flat on the nail plate and glide it gently with no pressure, lifting off dead skin residue. Any discomfort means too much pressure is being applied. Keep in mind that not all nails produce dead skin residue. 

Correct application of this process ensures better retention and Harriet can be employed before every manicure or pedicure. Always ascertain that the bladed edge is in perfect condition, devoid of any imperfections.

Navy tools feature a distinctive un-coated marking around the hanging ring, please note this is not a defect. Hand finishing may result in slight variations in tool appearance.
